All items undergo thorough authenticity and quality checks before being classified into one of the following categories:

• As new: The item is in exceptional (new) condition, with no or very minimal defects or damage.
• Excellent: The item is in excellent condition, especially for preloved or vintage condition. The item is used and has some signs of wear.
• Very good: The item is in very good preloved or vintage condition. The item has been worn, but overall well maintained and show some visible signs of wear or use.
• Worn with love: The item is still in good condition, but shows visible signs of use and wear. It has a lot of charm and character, partly due to the age of the bag.
• Fair: The item is in fair condition. You can tell it has a story, showing noticeable signs of use and wear.
