Returns not only impact our team, who has to carefully check and process every return, but also the environment due to the extra transportation and packaging material. Therefore, we kindly ask you to think carefully before placing an order. Look at all photos, read the product descriptions carefully and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Together we can reduce unnecessary returns and reduce our carbon footprint.

Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from LXRY ICONS. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully below.

Return period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Condition of the product: The items must be in the same condition as you received them, including original labels, packaging and any accessories. This also means that the security label must still be attached to the product. This cannot be removed without scissors or a knife and replaced. Once removed, the item is truly yours.

Own responsibility for return shipment: The consumer is responsible for returning the package and the associated costs. We recommend sending the package insured, so that it is well protected during transport. Or make an appointment to bring it personally.

Please note: LXRY ICONS is not liable for packages lost during return shipping. If a package does not arrive and you have not purchased insurance, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund.

Returns process

1. Contact us: Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt to report your return. We would like to hear the reason for your return. This can be done via the contact form below or by sending an e-mail to: info@lxryicons.com.
2. Sending the package: Make sure the package is well packed and send it to the specified return address or make an appointment to bring it personally. We advise to send the return shipment insured and with track & trace.
3. Confirmation of receipt: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation by email.

Refund

Processing time: After receiving and approving your return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation of this via e-mail.

Refund method: The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days for the amount to appear on your account.
