It is possible to request additional information or photos by contacting our team. Should a product prove to be unavailable after purchase, we will contact the customer within 48 hours. In this case, the order will be cancelled and the full purchase price will be refunded.
3. Prices and payment
The prices stated on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made via the following payment methods:

Although we make every effort to display prices and product information accurately, inadvertent errors or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel an order in the event of a pricing error or other inaccuracy. In such a case, the customer will be informed and will receive a full refund.

LXRY ICONS makes every effort to ensure smooth and safe shipping. In the event of loss of the package during shipping, the full purchase price will be refunded to the customer. In the event of damage during transport, we will determine the damage and offer appropriate compensation. If the customer does not agree with the compensation offered, he or she can return the item free of charge.
We are not responsible for indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
